1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, typically within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the request will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Charges

✅ Standard Orders

• No cancellation charges will apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

✅ Gold & Diamond Jewelry Orders

• If cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 5%–10% payment gateway fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds are processed within 7–9 business days.
• The amount will reflect in your original source of payment, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders Cancelled by Ghetiya Jewels

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Product being out of stock
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled by us after payment, you will receive a full refund promptly.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Verification Policy

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure smooth delivery:

• All COD orders require mandatory confirmation via Phone or WhatsApp.
• If the customer is unreachable or fails to confirm within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders at delivery may have their accounts blocked from future COD purchases.
