1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or
  • You have received the wrong item.

Returns requested due to a change of mind may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee.

2. Return Window

  • Customers must return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or bespoke jewelry made to order
  • Engraved items with personal messages

4. Refund & Exchange Options

We aim to provide flexible solutions for our customers:

✅ Preferred Options
Exchange for another product or Store Credit for future purchases.
Approved Exchange product will be delivered in 7 to 14 days.

✅ Bank Refunds
Available for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered.
For approved change-of-mind returns, a 10% making charge/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • Our Responsibility: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ghetiya Jewels will bear the return shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Important)

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the sealed courier package being opened.
  • Claims submitted without proper video evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, invoices, and tags must be included.
  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
