1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer Pan-India shipping across all states and union territories of India.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are structured as follows:

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
• Flat ₹200 shipping fee for orders below ₹5,000.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional ₹50–₹100 handling charge, depending on the courier partner.

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–52 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday or next business day).
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation details.

4. Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: 7–10 business days
• Rest of India: 10–14 business days
• Remote / North-East Regions: 12–14 business days

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Courier Partners

We work exclusively with premium and trusted courier partners to ensure safe handling, secure transit, and reliable delivery of high-value jewelry shipments.

6. Transit Insurance & Security

✔ All shipments are fully insured by Ghetiya Jewels until delivery.

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, the customer is not held liable, and we will take full responsibility as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Verification

Due to the high value of our products:

• OTP verification or signature confirmation is mandatory at delivery.
• Packages are never left unattended or at the doorstep.
• If OTP or signature verification fails, delivery may be rescheduled by the courier partner.

8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability:

• Re-shipping: Charged at actual courier costs (approximately ₹100–₹150).
• Cancellation after return: Refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Please ensure address details are accurate at checkout.

9. Shipping on Weekends & Holidays

• Our dispatch center is closed on Sundays and National Holidays.
• Courier partners may attempt delivery on weekends, depending on local delivery hubs and service availability.
